Spa information on website is misleading as we assumed Spa was in the hotel and would be open for the weekend. Not only was it a 5 minute walk away down a hilly street - it was closed from saturday 2 pm to monday am!
The absolute quiet and beauty, the service, and the food.
The hotel is a delight and the location and settng picture-perfect. The staff was all friendly and helpful.
The restaurant. The menu was just a bit weird, the food not particularly good, and the prices exhorbitant even for a hotel in a luxury hotel. Fortunately, there are several other restaurants in the little town that are quite good, and within walking distance.
